We build AI agents into apps.

Good Machines LLC is an agent studio in Maryland, founded in July 2026. We make Modules, which gives iOS apps a ready-made AI agent, and Bridge, which lets the agents people already use work inside apps, with the app setting the limits.

What we believe

An agent inside an app should know the person it works for, do only what it's allowed to do, and hold up when someone tries to trick it. Most teams don't have the time to build all of that themselves, and most apps have no safe way to let an outside agent in at all.

So we build those parts once and let developers use them. People should be able to see what an agent remembers about them and correct it. Every action should be able to run, ask first, or stay off. A good machine does the work and makes room for the person using it.

What we make

Modules gives iOS developers a ready-made agent for their app. Their own coding agent sets it up through our MCP server. It comes with memory, a persona, permissions for every action, protection against prompt injection, and a choice of models. The Swift SDK is open source. Android and web come in early 2027. An invite-only alpha starts November 14, and we invite people from the waitlist.

Bridge lets people connect their own AI agents to apps, and the app decides what those agents can do. Most apps today have no safe way to let an outside agent in. We're building it now.

Mitamaton is our own assistant for iPhone, on the App Store since September 15. It's where we try agent work first, and what we learn there shapes Modules. It's moving onto Modules next, and it will get Bridge.

Frontier Colony is a game where every character is an AI agent. We use it to test the agent engine behind Modules.

Who we are

Justin Perea founded Good Machines. Justin is a mathematical statistician at the U.S. Census Bureau and has an MA in astronomy.
